Turnaround Time

A small selection of the pictures will be made available within 24 hours of the shoot – with the rest made available within a week.

We aim for 30 close ups of the principal characters, and 10 ensemble pictures with some editing. (for the within 24 hours set)

The rest of the set will be unedited and delievered within 7 days). We aim for around 300 of these.

Terms and Conditions

Brading Images has full copyright of all the shots and retains the right to use them freely, for example, for promotional purposes. 

Brading Images has all creative rights. Brading Images will post the finished images on Brading Images’s facebook page with a watermark as well as sending the customer both watermarked images and watermark free images. 

The Customer can use these images for their social media, website and print.

Brading Image will be the sole official photographer at the event.

The customer will ensure that any rights to photograph and/or film this show and post the images publicly have been acquired. 

The customer is responsible for any child releases. Unless told otherwise, Brading Images will assume The Customer has acquired all child release forms.

Brading Images will not be held liable for any circumstances out of it’s control. (such as: low light, guest interferences, access restriction etc) These elements will be discussed beforehand to prevent them. 

The Customer will try and help accommodate Brading Images so that the session happens without any issues. 

Should unforeseen circumstances occur (such as: equipment failure and traffic) the client will not be charged and the fee will be refunded. In the case of illness, Brading Images will suggest a different photographer/videographer working for the company.
